02Are these fixed group tours?
No. These are trip ideas that we reshape around your flights, available days, budget and travel party.
03Will shopping stops or extra charges be added?
Your proposal explains what is included, optional, or paid separately. Unconfirmed shopping stops are not added by default.
04Can you arrange stays, vehicles and guides together?
Yes. We can coordinate accommodation, transfers, vehicles and local guides within the confirmed proposal.
05Can the pace be adjusted for seniors or children?
Yes. We adapt the pace to walking ability and rest needs, and explain any booking or cost impact before changes.
06What if weather or a closure affects the trip?
Safety and official notices come first. We can adjust the order, suggest an alternative, or remove the affected visit. Any change fees follow the actual booking terms, confirmed proposal, and contract.
07What if I need to cancel or change the dates?
Contact us as early as possible. Refunds and change fees depend on confirmed hotel, transport, and ticket bookings, as stated in your proposal or contract.
08How do inquiries, quotes, and payments work?
An inquiry is not a booking. Payment begins only after the route, services, and costs are confirmed. Sample itineraries are not final quotes.
